The Interfaith Alliance hosted the first global forum on child dignity in the digital world, held in Abu Dhabi in November 2018. The forum aimed
- to foster global faith-based dialogue regarding child protection and child dignity in the digital world, and to be a catalyst for faith-based action, and to
- mobilize faith communities worldwide to protect the dignity of every child - in every nation and every community, and to
- empower faith leaders with knowledge, and mobilize them to promote child dignity in all contexts, in their own faith communities
The forum was attended by 450+ attendees including senior faith leaders and senior representatives from governments, law enforcement agencies, international organizations, NGOs, academia and the private sector, from across 50+ countries

Event Details
The event conducted of discussions between experts on topics including the risks to children in the digital world, the impact of OCSE on children and the roles that policy makers and faith leaders need to play to combat OCSE. This was followed by calls to action by senior faith leaders from across the world.
